Springtime is breeding time at the stables of Linn-Benton Community College. The LBCC Horse Center is less than a mile from the Albany campus. Students in the Animal Technology Management Program meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from noon to 1:30. On this Wednesday students test the mares to see if they are ready for breeding and "tease" Ace for semen collection. The Horse Center breeds and sells their horses at a variety of ages and levels of training.
